CLASSES:

 

BEGINNING - This class is for beginning indoor cyclists. We will work on getting-to-know the bike and building confidence in the pedals. Oh yeah, and burning some serious calories too! The journey starts here. This is a 60 minute class. Instructor: Michele Pusateri (Class Level = Beginners/Newbies)

THE 30/30: CYCLING/CORE TX - This class is 30 minutes of cycling and then 30 minutes of core/floor work, targeting the abs and lower back muscles. Bring your yoga mat if you've got one! If you don't have one, yoga mats are also available @ the studio for a $1 rental fee.
Instructor: Brandon Hament (Class Level = All levels welcome)
