CLASSES:

BEGINNING - This class is for beginning indoor cyclists. We will work on getting-to-know the bike and building confidence in the pedals. Oh yeah, and burning some serious calories too! The journey starts here. This is a 60 minute class. (Class Level = Beginners/Newbies)
Instructors: Michele Pusateri / Leslie Field

AB 20 - This effective workout will begin with 40 minutes of cycling followed by 20 minutes of abdominal work. Bring your yoga mat if you have one! Otherwise, the studio has a few that we can loan out. (Class Level = All levels welcome)
Instructor: Leslie Field

SATURDAY MORNING BRICK WORKOUT - Bricks are a great way to cross-train and challenge the body. The 7am Saturday morning Brick will begin with 30 minutes of interval cycling followed by 30 minutes of running at varying intensities. (Class Level = All levels welcome)
