CLASSES:
BEGINNING - This class is for beginning indoor cyclists. We will work on getting-to-know the bike and building confidence in the pedals. Oh yeah, and burning some serious calories too! The journey starts here. This is a 60 minute class. Instructor: Michele Pusateri (Class Level = Beginners/Newbies)
THE 40/20: CYCLING/CORE TX - This class is 40 minutes of cycling and then 20 minutes of floor work, targeting the abs and lower back muscles. Bring your yoga mat if you've got one! Instructor: Brandon Hament (Class Level = All levels welcome)
